How does posting work?
Pick an offer, check the preview, tap Publish. We post that exact photo or video and caption to your Instagram through Instagram's official API, and never post anything else. You need a free Creator or Business account; no Facebook Page needed.
Why does every post start with Ad:?
You're being paid, so UK advertising rules say the post is an ad and must say so up front. "Ad:" at the start of the caption does that. A hashtag at the end, "thanks to", or #NeybaAd is not enough. For a Story, type "Ad" on the first frame.
Why do I have to be 18?
Paid posting is self-employed work and we pay into your own bank account. We ask you to confirm you're 18 when you join and check your date of birth before your first payout.
Do I pay tax on this?
If your total side income from trading is £1,000 or less in a tax year, the HMRC trading allowance usually covers it. Over that you may need to register for Self Assessment. We're not your accountant: check GOV.UK if you're unsure.
When do I get paid?
Once your post passes our checks, the shop has 24 hours to raise a problem. After that we pay you on the next payout day straight to your bank. Your earnings page shows the exact day.
What if I can't post?
If you don't post by Sunday 20:00 (plus a day's grace), the slot goes to someone else and you're not paid. Two no-shows in 90 days pauses your account for 30 days.
What's a clawback?
Keep the post up and public for 7 days. If it's deleted or your account goes private before then, we take that payment back from your next payout.
