Terms
Neyba is run by [LEGAL NAME TBD]. Draft: to be reviewed before launch.
For shops
- You pay a campaign budget up front. Each post that goes live and passes our checks is taken from it; anything unused is refunded when the campaign ends.
- Content approval. We check your photos, videos and captions before creators see them. We can ask for changes or refuse a campaign; if we refuse it before anything has been posted, we refund it in full.
- Campaign removal. We can pause or remove a campaign that breaks these terms, advertising rules or Meta's policies. Posts already live and checked are still paid for.
- We promise posts that are live, on time and labelled Ad:. We don't promise bookings, customers, reach or views.
- You can skip a creator within 12 hours (or approve each one yourself), and raise a problem with a live post within 24 hours, from a fixed list of reasons.
- You get a 90-day licence to reshare each post on your own social profiles. Not for paid ads.
- By publishing you ask us to start the service straight away. [CANCELLATION WORDING TBD]
- A chargeback pauses your account and moves you to prepay.
For creators
- You must be 18 or over and you're self-employed for this work.
- It's an ad. Everything you post through Neyba is paid promotion. Captions start with Ad:; Stories show Ad on the picture. If you work at, own or are connected to the shop, you say so.
- Posting for you. When you tap Publish on an offer, you ask us to post that exact photo or video and caption to your Instagram. We never post anything else.
- Payment eligibility. Offer amounts are estimates, not promised earnings. You're paid when your post goes live inside the window, passes our checks and the shop's 24-hour problem window closes. Keep it up and public for 7 days or we take the payment back from your next payout.
- Fraudulent engagement. Bought followers, likes or comments, engagement pods, or anything else that fakes your audience means no pay, and we can close your account. A big drop in local followers between taking an offer and payout is reviewed.
- Account quality. Offers depend on your followers, how local they are and your engagement, as Instagram reports them. We can pause accounts for no-shows (two in 90 days), clawbacks or content that breaks the rules.
- Meta's rules. You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and Meta's branded content policies. We use Instagram's official API only, with the permissions you grant; you can disconnect at any time.
- Shops see your handle, follower count, tier, engagement and the share of your followers in the area, as measured by Instagram.
- Caps: up to 4 gigs a month in a district, the same shop once every 14 days, one shop per category a month.
